All sales are final. Baseline Labs does not accept returns or exchanges.

Because our products are supplied for laboratory research use, we cannot accept products back once an order has been shipped or delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@baselinelabs.shop with your order number and details of the issue. We will review the order and work with you to resolve legitimate fulfillment problems.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, unwanted products, or opened or delivered products. Any exception for a documented fulfillment error is reviewed case by case.
